The Tea Street Band to play Auction Rooms – Tickets out now

ONE of the north west’s most hotly-tipped bands is to play an intimate show in Warrington.

WArringtonMusic [WAM] is very happy to bring Liverpool’s finest, The Tea Street Band to The Auction Rooms, Legh Street – Tickets are on sale now 

Friday 15th March will see cult Liverpool Indie four-piece, The Tea Street Band make their debut appearance in Warrington. The band, who release their long awaited second album ‘Frequency’ on November 9th through Modern Sky UK (The Blinders, The Slow Readers Club).

The Tea Street Band have spent the past few years touring with Inspiral Carpets, and playing shows with The Charlatans. They have also played the main stage at a host of British Festivals including V fest, Leeds & Reading, Latitude, Wickerman, Festival Number 6, Kendal Calling, Sundance Film Festival Utah, after the release of their debut self-titled album in 2014.

The show is being promoted by local music website, and is the first of a series of events and initiatives to come in the new year, following a sold out show at the Parr Hall in March 2018 to celebrate its fifth birthday.
[WAM] Editor Lee Harman says: “It is fantastic to bring this band to Warrington. They’ve got a passionate fan base who are going to put on an incredible show. Due to play to almost 800 people in Liverpool next month, you will never see The Tea Street Band play a more intimate show in 2019.
“2018 has been an exciting year for [WAM] but 2019 looks like it may be even better as we are currently working on a brand new physical magazine we are looking to launch in January and of course, we love putting on events so keep your eyes peeled to the site.
