On Wire FM (107.2) this Friday lunch time around 1:30pm, [WAM] will be bringing to you another two more local artists.

Kula Bay are making waves despite only forming 6 months ago.

Find them at this tasty event, Bridges & The Jade Assembly & Kula Bay // Eagle Inn Manchester, on 10th February. You may have caught The Jade Assembly who played at Old Town House in October. Frontman, David Hindle was a recipient from the Viola Beach Scholarship, courtesy of his music tutor at Priestley College. Read more about that here.

Making his debut on #Unsigned is Alan Triggs Music, a singer-songwriter from the Wirrall. Think Noel Gallagher meets jake Bugg. We will be playing ‘She’s My Sunshine’, however the track below is a song is called ‘Algy’ – a bittersweet song about Alan’s dads life as an unemployed alcoholic. (Don’t worry its not as depressing as it sounds!). It is the title track from his debut EP, which is out now.
