What to expect..
Rev Rev Rev
Hailing from Modena, Italy, since the debut their wall-of-sound alternating psychedelic, dreamy atmospheres and loud, fuzz-driven moments, received lots of positive feedbacks.
Their new album, out via Northern Light Records and Custom Made Music, has pushed further the boundaries of their sonic research.
Danxia
Introducing the Warrington based 4-piece Danxia: Swirly, psych-inspired guitars, melodic bass lines and haunting vocals laced with reverb – it’s easy to get sucked in to Danxia’s dream-like sound.
Inland Taipan
Taking the name from what is considered the most venomous snake in the world, Inland Taipan’s performance has parallels to the fierce reptile. Reminiscent of Jeff Buckley and PJ Harvey, the performance is often angry, and at times disarming in its tenderness. Lyricism covers topics ranging from economic decline in 1930’s America, to butchering an ex lover and feeding the corpse to the family…Haunting, ethereal vocals are underpinned by classical guitar techniques, as songs erupt into coarse bluesy riffs.
Sunday’s set times are
Inland Taipan *6.45pm
Danxia 7.30pm
Rev Rev Rev 8.30pm
